2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the website, the host automatically processes data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL and user agent (browser and operating system). The purpose is delivering the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure operation. Log files are deleted or anonymised after 7 days at the latest. We have a data processing agreement with the host under Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Contact by e-mail
If you e-mail us, we process the information in your message to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). We delete the data once your request is resolved, unless statutory retention duties apply (e.g. § 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Only your choice between the light and dark design is stored in your browser’s local storage (key "sm_theme"). This is strictly necessary for a function you requested (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
5. No external resources
All fonts, graphics and scripts are loaded from our own server. We embed no third-party maps, videos, social media plugins or content delivery networks that could receive your data.
6. Links to other websites
We link to the websites of our ventures and projects. Their operators’ own privacy policies apply there.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
